At Quality Schoolwear, we strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery experience for our customers.

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days. (Special/Crested orders make take longer). Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Deliveries are made via An Post, providing reliable service across Ireland. During peak periods, such as the back-to-school season, processing times may be slightly longer, so we recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.

CUSTOMS CHARGES/TARIFFS

International orders from outside the EU or UK may be subject to tariffs or custom charges, in line with that country’s trade policies. Purchaser must pay these tariffs to receive the goods, and we cannot accept returns once we have dispatched an order to an non EU or UK address. We are not liable for any customs duty/tariffs from outside the EU or UK. Orders from within the EU or UK are exempt from tariffs on any items from our website.
