Returns Policy

At Quality Schoolwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is:

•Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

•With original tags and packaging

Items should be returned to the address provided in our reply. This address is also in your packing slip. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the replacement item. You will have to pay for postage again.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
